Yes, you can upgrade your Battle Pass at any time during the event. You'll only need to pay the difference between your current tier and the new one.

You can earn levels by completing quests, winning games, participating in events, and through the Cavern Crawl. You can also purchase levels directly from the Dota 2 store.

Most rewards are not tradeable or marketable. However, some consumables and duplicates may become tradeable after the Battle Pass ends. Check each item's description for details.

Yes, Battle Passes can be purchased as gifts through the Steam store. The recipient must be on your friends list for at least 30 days before you can send them a gift.
